About this application

Loan Pay Tracker ("the application") is a private loan-management tool operated by Pharmie AI Inc. (d/b/a Playgent). It is used by lenders to record loans they have made, track expected payments, and send payment reminders to their borrowers. By using the application you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

• The application may be used only to manage loans you have actually made and to contact borrowers with whom you have an existing loan agreement.
• You may only send reminders to borrowers who provided their phone number to you and consented to receive them — either directly, when the loan was made, or through the opt-in link the application can generate for that borrower. You must honor opt-out requests.
• You may not use the application to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages of any kind.

SMS program terms

The application sends transactional loan payment reminder text messages (the "Playgent Loan Payment Reminders" program) on behalf of lenders to their borrowers:

• Message frequency varies with your loan schedule and payment status; typically no more than a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact founders@useplaygent.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any loan.

Privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the reminders described above and are never sold or shared for marketing.

Disclaimer and liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping and notification tool; it does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and lenders remain solely responsible for the terms, servicing, and lawful collection of their own loans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmie AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
