What we collect

This application ("Loan Pay Tracker") is operated by Pharmie AI Inc. (d/b/a Playgent). It is a private tool used to manage loan records and payment tracking. We collect and store only:

• Loan details you enter (borrower names, amounts, dates, notes)
• Phone numbers you provide for borrowers (used solely for payment reminders)
• Bank transaction data you upload for payment matching
• Where a borrower opts in to reminders through a link, their mobile number, the consent wording shown to them, the date and time, and the browser user agent that submitted it
• Your account email address for authentication

How we use your data

• Loan management: Data is stored in a secure database (Supabase) and used only to display and manage your loan portfolio.
• SMS reminders: Borrower phone numbers are used exclusively to send payment reminder text messages via Telnyx when you initiate a reminder. Messages are transactional only — never promotional.
• Document extraction: Uploaded documents are processed through Anthropic's API to extract loan terms and bank transactions. Files are not stored permanently and are discarded after processing.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties
• We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes
• We do not send unsolicited messages to borrowers
• We do not track or profile users beyond what is needed for authentication

Data storage and security

All data is stored in a password-protected Supabase database with row-level security. Access is restricted to authenticated users only. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

SMS program and mobile information

The Playgent Loan Payment Reminders program sends transactional payment reminders from a lender to their own borrowers. A borrower either gives their number to the lender directly — in person or by phone, when the loan is made — and agrees then to receive reminders by text, or opts in themselves through a private per-borrower link the lender sends them. Where a borrower opts in through that link, we store the number, the exact wording they agreed to, and the date and time. Numbers are never purchased or rented, and there is no public sign-up form.

• Message frequency varies with the loan schedule and payment status; typically no more than a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email founders@useplaygent.com.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider (Telnyx) for the sole purpose of transmitting these reminders.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any loan.
