Private, invite-only loan tracking
Payments, schedules, and imports in one place.
Loan Pay Tracker helps a lender keep track of loans they have personally made: what was lent, what is owed, what has come in, and who is behind. When a payment is past due, the lender can send that borrower a reminder by text.
Accounts are invite-only. This is a private tool, not a public lending marketplace — it does not make loans, broker loans, or offer credit to anyone.
- Invite-only access
- Row-level security
- Transactional SMS only
What it does
Everything a personal lender actually needs, and nothing else.
Loans & dues
Record each loan's principal, rate, schedule, and status, then track expected payments against what has actually been received.
Document import
Read loan terms off a promissory note or agreement, and pull transactions out of a bank statement, instead of typing them in by hand.
Payment matching
Link imported bank lines to the installment they pay off, so the arrears figures stay honest.
Payment reminders
When a loan falls behind, send that borrower a short text showing how far behind they are and the total due.
Private by default
Every account sees only its own data, enforced by row-level security in the database. Signup requires an invite code.
Transactional only
Reminders go only to the lender's own borrowers. No marketing, no promotional messages, and no purchased phone numbers.
How it works
Three steps, and the lender stays in control of every one.
- 01
Record the loan
Enter the terms — or import them from the loan document — and the expected payment schedule is laid out for you.
- 02
Match payments
As money comes in, link bank lines or manual payments to the installment they pay off. Arrears update automatically.
- 03
Remind who's behind
When a payment is past due, send that borrower a clear, factual text. You choose when — nothing sends on its own.
Our SMS program
Playgent Loan Payment Reminders
This is a transactional text message program. A lender using this application sends payment reminders only to their own borrowers — people who already have a loan agreement with that lender.
How we get a phone number
Either the borrower gives their mobile number directly to the lender, in person or by phone, at the time the loan is made and agrees then to receive payment reminders by text; or the lender sends that borrower a private opt-in link, and the borrower enters their own number and ticks the consent box themselves. Either way the agreement is recorded against the loan, with the exact wording and the date. We never buy or rent phone numbers, and the opt-in page is reachable only through a private per-borrower link — there is no public form through which a stranger could be signed up.
When a message is sent
Only when a loan has a past-due balance, and only when the lender chooses to send it. Nothing is sent automatically, and nothing is sent to anyone without an active loan.
